The front of the property boasts a mature garden that leads you to the main front door. The small hallway leads you to a light and airy open lounge diner with feature fireplace. Two large UPVC windows that sit either end allow light to flood through this space.

Towards the back of the property there is an additional room, which would make an ideal study or playroom, however the current owners use this as an extra bedroom.

South facing kitchen with views of the garden, integrated fridge freezer and oven with hooded extractor fan, plenty of cupboard space and wood worktops. Tiled flooring leading to the downstairs WC and access to the rear.

An open staircase from the lounge takes you to a large galleried landing, leading to three bright bedrooms and a newly installed bathroom. The family bathroom fitted with contemporary grey tiles, an over bath rain shower and small vanity hand basin and WC.

The master bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes and the room benefits from a sunny position, and garden views through its large window. The two smaller rooms have wonderful views of the peaceful woodland at the rear of the property.

The garden wraps around the side of the property and has been divided into different areas to allow you to enjoy the sunshine at different times of the day.

Wooden sleepers have created borders in which you will find fruit trees and mature shrubs. The main part of the garden has been expertly laid with artificial grass and has an extensive under turf drainage system. This area makes an ideal play area for the children and can been seen from the kitchen window.

The steps built within the borders take you to another seating area ideal for alfresco dining and a sunny spot for that evening glass of wine. The garden leads to the rear of the property which hosts parking, a BBQ area and useful storage for bikes.
