The main front door opens into a welcoming wide hallway, with a smart tiled floor which runs throughout the property. To the right a lovely dining area with a gas fireplace and views to the front garden. This flows onto the kitchen where one will find ample of floor and wall units which surround a double Stoves oven and stainless-steel sink area. There is a large walk-in larder and access to the side of the garden.

Beyond the kitchen there is a beautiful sitting room with wood flooring, a contemporary gas fire and French doors to the patio area. This room is complemented by a magnificent, vaulted garden room which also has doors to the garden alongside floor to ceiling windows allowing full views of the enchanting garden beyond.

To the rear of the hallway there are three bedrooms and a well-appointed family bathroom, The smaller bedroom works perfectly as a home office as it connects directly to the outside space.
