Meet the Team
Robert Fletcher has worked in estate agency since 2000 and in that time has been based in a variety of different locations across Kent. Prior to joining Foundation in 2010, Robert spent the previous two years working for a large London based firm at their prestigious Chislehurst office. Here Robert had the pleasure of dealing with the sale of some truly outstanding homes, whilst also dealing with some truly exceptional clients. Consequently, Robert takes great pride in the attention to detail and quality of service that he provides for our customers, alongside his friendly yet professional manner.

Chris Selby Green started in estate agency in 1988 as a trainee negotiator. He has enjoyed working in numerous towns and villages across Kent, from The Weald to Ashford and Canterbury then up to Rochester and Faversham, working his way quickly to branch manager. In 2006 he won an annual award for the most profitable branch (in the Kent, Sussex and Essex region) whilst working for what was then the largest national estate agency in the country, an achievement he is most proud of to this day. Since 2013 he has taken less managerial positions, in favour of concentrating on what are the most enjoyable parts of the job for him; predominantly, valuing, conducting viewings, meeting and speaking to customers. At home he enjoys spending time with his wife, children and three dogs, along with mountain biking and playing tennis at the local club. He says he would like to think he can still use his skateboard, but in reality the fear of broken bones ensures that it sadly gathers dust in the shed!
Martin heads up the Land and New Homes Department for Foundation, having enjoyed over 14 years in the property industry. After starting his career within a large independent estate agency in Kent, Martin has run numerous successful branches across the county and believes that a balance of customer focused work ethics and in-depth industry knowledge has proven to be the key to his success. For the last 3 years Martin, has been working exclusively in Land and New Homes and has very quickly gained a wealth of knowledge, contacts and expertise in land, planning and the marketing of new homes. Talking regularly with landowners, house builders, architects and planners, Martin has a huge amount of market intelligence to share with clients. Outside of work Martin enjoys spending time with his family, going on regular bike rides with them and long walks along the coast. He also enjoys baking and sweet making and is currently helping his 3 children learn how to cook and bake too.
Kevin started his career in estate agency in 2005 with one of the large, corporate agents, based within their Herne Bay office. Kevin’s passion for both property and people meant that he quickly progressed to the role of Branch Manager and after just four, short years he was running the flagship Ashford office for another large national estate agency chain. In 2013, Kevin was invited to work for Miles & Barr in their prestigious Canterbury branch, where he spent the next six years as their Head Valuer, ensuring they maintained their position as the number one agent in Canterbury. Consequently, Kevin brings a wealth of experience with him to Foundation and we were delighted when he joined us in 2020 as our Senior Valuer. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys cooking and has recently learnt how to BBQ and smoke meats. Home improvement is also a big passion of his and it is his dream to buy a house with lots of character and take on a full refurbishment.
