Meet the Team
Jason King became an Estate Agent in 1989 after leaving the family business of a violin repair workshop and dealership. For the next 18 years he worked his way up the ladder of a large corporate estate agent culminating in a position on the Board of Directors. Having become disillusioned with a system driven approach to a people business, he along with his business partner Kelvin Warren, formed Foundation Estate Agents in September 2007. He believes passionately in giving customers real value for money, a superb service and is a proactive, driven estate agent.
Kelvin Warren has been an Estate Agent for more than thirty years. He started his career as a trainee within one of the large corporate estate agency companies. Having proved himself as a capable negotiator, he progressed into management running various successful branches and ultimately moving into senior management. Kelvin’s ethos is built on trust and values and this, combined with his vast knowledge of the industry makes for a talented and reliable estate agent.
Robert Fletcher has worked in estate agency since 2000 and in that time has been based in a variety of different locations across Kent. Prior to joining Foundation in 2010 and progressing this current role as Manager, Robert spent the previous two years working for a large London based firm at their prestigious Chislehurst office. Here Robert had the pleasure of dealing with the sale of some truly outstanding homes, whilst also dealing with some truly exceptional clients. Consequently, Robert takes great pride in the attention to detail and quality of service that he provides for our customers, alongside his friendly yet professional manner.
Chris Selby Green started in estate agency in 1988 as a trainee negotiator. He has enjoyed working in numerous towns and villages across Kent, progressing his way up the career ladder to Branch Manager in 1996. Chris prides himself in providing good customer service, culminating in a national award for his success. Outside work he enjoys cycling and spending time with his family.
Emma is the most recent addition to the team and joined Foundation in 2015 under the National Apprenticeship scheme. Since then she has passed her City & Guilds certificate in Estate Agency and completed her Associate Estate Agency training with The Guild Of Property Professionals. Emma has always lived in a village environment and has consequently enjoyed traditional country pursuits such as horse riding, competing at a high level in numerous national competitions. Her extremely positive and helpful attitude, combined with her tremendous energy and enthusiasm meant that she very quickly became an integral part of the Foundation team.
