Jason KingJason King became an Estate Agent in 1989 after leaving the family business of a violin repair workshop and dealership. For the next 18 years he worked his way up the ladder of a large corporate estate agent culminating in a position on the Board of Directors. Having become disillusioned with a system driven approach to a people business, he along with his business partner Kelvin Warren, formed Foundation Property Services in September 2007. He believes passionately in giving customers real value for money, a superb service and is a proactive, driven estate agent. |

Kelvin WarrenKelvin Warren has been an Estate Agent for more than twenty years. He started his career as a trainee within one of the large corporate estate agency companies. Having proved himself as a capable negotiator, he progressed into management running various successful branches and ultimately moving into senior management. Kelvin’s ethos is built on trust and values and this, combined with his vast knowledge of the industry makes for a talented and reliable estate agent. |

Robert FletcherRobert Fletcher has worked in estate agency for the last ten years and in that time has been based in a variety of different locations across Kent. Before joining the company at the beginning of 2010 as a Sales Manager, Robert spent the previous two years working for a large London based firm at their prestigious Chislehurst office. Here Robert had the pleasure of dealing with the sale of some truly outstanding homes, whilst also dealing with some truly exceptional clients. Consequently, Robert takes great pride in the attention to detail and quality of service that he provides for our customers, alongside his friendly yet professional manner. |

Harry RattiganHarry’s career began in 2011 when he joined a firm of estate agents in Canterbury as an administration apprentice. He found that he enjoyed the environment and wanted to progress into sales, but was unable to with his former employers. Having known of Harry for many years we felt that he had the values and qualities required to become a professional agent and offered him a position in early 2012. Despite being new to the company Harry has already demonstrated that he has the attributes necessary to become a very successful team member.
