At Foundation we know that every viewing is incredibly important to our vendors and you naturally want to know the outcome of that viewing as soon as possible.

We also know the real value of feedback can be to help identify aspects of your property that, with a little attention or alteration, could help you not only secure a buyer, but also maximise the price that you achieve for your home.

With this in mind, we take pride in updating our vendors the following morning after a viewing (if not the same day) with constructive and meaningful feedback. Where appropriate, we can also advise our vendors on how best to overcome any issues that are causing regular objections from potential buyers.
