Foundation Property Services

Foundation Property Services offer a service called Home Search that may be of interest to you, your friends or relatives, who are looking to purchase properties now or in the future.

The buyer retains our services to source as many suitable properties for purchase as possible - including hand-picked homes which are not currently on the property market. Should this result in a successful purchase, the buyer would be charged a small fee of   0.5% + Vat of the purchase price on completion.
 
Why would you employ us to do this?

You will have a far greater choice of properties from which to select your new home. We're not just offering to take the leg work out of your search; we will introduce you to properties that are not currently available on the market. Let us use our expertise and years of experience within the local area, to guide your search in the right direction and find a home that truly suits your needs. The first thing we would do is speak with you to get a very clear view of what you are looking for, in much greater detail than agents normally would, to make sure that our approaches are to the right properties. Ideally this would take place in our office, so that we can show you a database dating back over ten years of properties that have been sold, or have been on the market previously, or that are currently on the market.

Once we have done this we will target suitable properties by direct approach, either in person or by way of a letter. We will advertise your requirements in the local press; this will generate enquiries from would be sellers who know that they won't be paying agents fees, so it is within their interest to get in contact! We will also use our contacts with the local agents, so that we hear about properties before they come to the market. We will, of course, look at the available stock, making enquiries to ensure that you haven't overlooked anything.
