Foundation Property Services

When Foundation Property Services first opened in Boughton-under-Blean, we wanted to build a strong relationship with the local community and help to maintain the village’s identity through our regular contributions. We decided that the local school was perhaps the best place to start and made arrangements with them to donate money from the sales that we arranged in the village. We quickly decided to extend this to all of the areas that we cover, as we firmly believe in giving something back to the communities that we serve. We are proud to say that our donations to date have totalled many thousands of pounds.

Each time we complete on a sale we donate £100 to the school closest to that property. Also we allow the owners to nominate our donation to go to an alternative school of their choice, as long as it is in an area that we cover.  This money is delivered by hand, usually by a director of the company, as we take great pride in contributing to the East Kent community.
