Dear Kelvin, This is a long overdue note to thank your entire team for outstanding service pre, during and post sale of Flat in Chantry Hall. The prospect of selling a property is exciting, the reality can often be fraught with frustration, disappointment, managed (or not) expectations, delays, near misses and expense. Gayle and I found working with Foundation to be a thoroughly positive experience. Not only did we feel everyone had an interest and worked hard to find a buyer, but one very simple skill set you apart - communication. We must have received three of four calls per week, sometimes with little more information than 'there's no information', but at no point did we feel like you'd given up, lost interest or 'gone quiet'. We felt part of the process throughout, the team's judgement was sound - alerting us to potential time-wasters as well as strong sales leads. If I had one minor criticism it was the (somewhat) overly ambitious assertion that a buyer would be found within a month and a price of £275k achieved; but I never thought that was realistic so didn't feel disappointed. So, very many thanks for an excellent job well done, congratulations for continuing to positively shift perception of Estate Agency (no mean feat) and keep doing what you all do - it's an excellent and strong team made up of complementary skills.
