Jason King became an Estate Agent in 1989 after leaving the family business of a violin repair workshop and dealership. For the next 18 years he worked his way up the ladder of a large corporate estate agent culminating in a position on the Board of Directors. Having become disillusioned with a system driven approach to a people business, he along with his business partner Kelvin Warren, formed Foundation Property Services in September 2007. He believes passionately in giving customers real value for money, a superb service and is a proactive, driven estate agent.
Kelvin Warren has been an Estate Agent for more than twenty five years. He started his career as a trainee within one of the large corporate estate agency companies. Having proved himself as a capable negotiator, he progressed into management running various successful branches and ultimately moving into senior management. Kelvin’s ethos is built on trust and values and this, combined with his vast knowledge of the industry makes for a talented and reliable estate agent.
Robert Fletcher has worked in estate agency since 2000 and in that time has been based in a variety of different locations across Kent. Prior to joining Foundation in 2010 and progressing this current role as Senior Associate, Robert spent the previous two years working for a large London based firm at their prestigious Chislehurst office. Here Robert had the pleasure of dealing with the sale of some truly outstanding homes, whilst also dealing with some truly exceptional clients. Consequently, Robert takes great pride in the attention to detail and quality of service that he provides for our customers, alongside his friendly yet professional manner.
Maureen Davis began her early career working in the City and moved into estate agency administration over eighteen years ago. She joined Foundation in September 2009, having worked for Kelvin and Jason with their former company for some 16 years. Maureen is a valued member of the team and brings a wealth of ideas and experience to the company.
Diane has lived in Kent all of her life and is very well connected locally. Due to her passion for architecture and interior design she became an estate agent a number of years ago prior to joining Foundation in 2013. Diane’s enthusiasm for property has evolved from the number of house builds and renovation projects which she has undertaken. Therefore she is very experienced in property development which gives her a keen eye for detail and she is always coming forward with creative ideas, giving inspiration to both sellers and buyers alike.
Emma joined Foundation in 2015 under the National Apprenticeship Scheme and is currently studying for her City & Guilds Certificate in Estate Agency. She has however already successfully obtained her Associate Estate Agency Certificate as part of The Guild Of Professional Estate Agents online training. Emma has always lived in a village environment and has consequently enjoyed traditional country pursuits such as horse riding, competing at a high level in numerous national competitions. Her extremely positive and helpful attitude, combined with her tremendous energy and enthusiasm meant that she very quickly became an integral part of the Foundation team.
